School prices are per student per year. Your tax invoice shows the GST and our ABN.

Billing and cancelling
How do I cancel?
Email hello@pencilwick.com from the address on your account and we’ll cancel it the same day. No phone call and no notice period. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. There’s no cancel button in the app yet, so email is how it’s done.
Will you remind me before I’m charged again?
Yes. We email you at least 7 days before a yearly plan renews, with the date, the amount and how to cancel.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans are paid up front and you can turn off renewal whenever you like. There are no exit fees.
Do you give refunds?

Our intended policy: if you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of paying, we refund it in full. After that, we refund the unused full months, pro rata. Monthly plans are not refunded for the current month, but they stop renewing straight away.
If something we sold you doesn’t work as it should, you’re entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
What if your prices change?
We’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel or switch plans before then. Founding families keep their early-access price for as long as their subscription runs.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from your account settings at any time. Moving from Student Plus to Family takes effect straight away, and we credit what’s left of your current plan.
Do you charge card surcharges?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
How do schools pay?
By invoice, with purchase order numbers and 30-day terms. Schools can pay by bank transfer or direct debit.
